First, press the film along the longitudinal direction of the 96-well PCR reaction plate and then laterally. Finally, press along the edge of the PCR reaction plate to seal it.

After adding sample, some small droplets will splash on the wall of PCR reaction plates. In addition, there will be some bubbles. Centrifugation is needed to remove the wall-hanging droplets and bubbles. Please use a dedicated PCR reaction microplate centrifuge to solve the above problems.
