Because bone contains about 50% water, 30%~40% organic matter, the rest is inorganic salt. Bone tissue is very hard, mainly inorganic salt, calcium phosphate, a small amount of calcium carbonate and other substances.Since bone and other calcified tissues are hard and hard to slice, inorganic salts must be dissolved before bone tissue is prepared, leaving only organic salt.Bones retain their original shape and internal structure, but become soft and flexible, which is good for production.
